Technology Support Intern reporting to Director of Technology. Assist with support and maintenance of educational technology infrastructure. Responsibilities: maintain technology equipment; follow district policies; install/maintain hardware/devices; troubleshoot/repair networked devices and UPS; remove/repair/reinstall computers per work orders; other duties. Physical requirements: lift 50 lbs; stand/walk/climb/bend/stoop/squat; work on ladders; use hand tools. Other requirements: valid driver’s license/clean record; strong organizational/interpersonal skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases, and technology inventory.
