Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. The ideal candidate will have experience with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of CNC machines, as well as a strong understanding of technical drawings, measuring tools, and machining principles.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. The ideal candidate will have experience with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of CNC machines, as well as a strong understanding of technical drawings, measuring tools, and machining principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment) according to job specifications and blueprints.
- Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and positioning.
- Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work orders.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any malfunctions or issues.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure production goals are met.
- Record production data and complete job documentation accurately.
- High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist preferred.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tools, and materials.
- Experience with G-code and/or CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
- Full-time, on-site position.
- May involve overtime or shift work depending on production needs.
- Manufacturing or workshop setting with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
