Position Summary

Milty’s Boys Septic is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to manage inbound leads and convert them into booked and completed jobs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured sales environment, is comfortable speaking with customers, building relationships and enjoys closing deals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales objectives by closing customers from company-provided leads
• Receive and handle inbound calls from potential customers to discuss, diagnose, and recommend solutions for septic service needs
• Follow a sales process, including consistent follow-up calls and scheduling on-site visits when necessary
• Create accurate estimates for customers
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers throughout the sales process
• Complete required weekly and monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth job execution after the sale

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Prior experience in a trade or service-based company preferred (septic, plumbing, roofing, fencing, HVAC, etc.)
• Strong phone communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using Excel and basic computer programs
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus commission
• Estimated total annual income range: $65,000 – $125,000, based on performance

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
