POSITION TITLE: Assistant District Attorney

LOCATION: D27 Wagoner County

STATUS: Full-time

CLOSING: Open until filled

SALARY: $55,000 to $105,000

BENEFITS: Full State of Oklahoma benefits, including generous monthly allowance for health coverage, paid sick and vacation leave earned monthly. Paid holidays. (if applicable)

POSITION SUMMARY:

District 27 has an immediate opening for Assistant District Attorney for the Wagoner office. Candidates will have the opportunity to perform a variety of professional duties including prosecuting crimes from misdemeanors to felonies. Attorneys will work closely with other attorneys, staff, law enforcement, partner agencies, defense attorneys and the bench.

REQUIREMENTS:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
