About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in the Surgery department at Wagoner Community Hospital, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or equivalent nursing degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a surgical or critical care setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Previous experience in a surgical nursing role.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients' vital signs during surgical procedures.
  • Assist surgeons and surgical teams in the operating room.
