About the Role:

The Director of the Laboratory at Wagoner Community Hospital (WCH) will play a pivotal role in overseeing all laboratory operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services to support patient care. This position is responsible for developing and implementing laboratory policies and procedures that comply with regulatory standards while promoting best practices in laboratory medicine. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with laboratory information systems and data management.
  • Previous experience in a hospital laboratory environment.

Responsibilities:
