About the Role:
As a Physician at Wagoner Community Hospital, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our diverse patient population. Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Oklahoma.
- Completion of residency training in a relevant specialty.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Board certification in a relevant specialty.
- Experience in a community hospital setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate, monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
