POSITION SUMMARY: The Emergency Room Clinical Care Coordinator manages patient flow, facilitates communication between patients, families and medical staff. Ensures safe, efficient transitions from arrival to discharge or admission. Assists in performing the Triage Assessment on patients and will perform skills that are within the scope of practice
