Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience while adhering to all food safety and handling regulations.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments through Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations.

Skills

• Proficiency in using Order Counter POS or system for order processing and cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
• Excellent sales abilities to promote menu items and increase beverage sales.
• Previous fine dining or nightclub experience preferred, with a solid understanding of the food industry.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
